Krav Maga, meaning 'contact combat' in Hebrew, is the official defensive tactic system of the Israeli military. Krav Maga is a form of self-defense. The system is simple, practical, aggressive and based on instinctive movements. Because the techniques are closely aligned with the body’s natural instincts, they are easy to learn and, more importantly, easy to remember under stress. At Balkan Krav Maga you will be trained under the best instructors to reach your full potential in Krav Maga.
The system was purposely created to be accessible to men and women of all ages and abilities. Balkan Krav Maga is designed to bring each student to the highest level of proficiency as quickly as possible. Our classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels, and all are welcome!

PRIVATE CLASSES
An introductory level class open to new students Krav Maga Beginners students on the foundation of Krav Maga self defense and hand-to-hand combat techniques. Students learn various stances and combative movements used to quickly and effectively finish a fight or attack situation. Krav Maga Beginners also covers a wide range of self defense principles applicable to a variety of common street attack situations. Krav Maga Beginners is an exciting and fast paced class designed to prepare both the body and mind against violent attacks, utilizing stress drills designed to mimic real life situations.
